Saturday, Ali will teach: Tribal Basics and Cues
Sunday, Ali will teach: “20 in 4” - 20 tribal moves in 4 hours
$65 daily or $125 combo price gets you both days with Ali, a total of 8 hours of top notch Tribal instruction from this teacher who learned from the FCBD masters! A 45-minute Yoga warm up is complimentary each day.

I'm so honored to be teaching so far from home and excited to meet some Tribalistas in the East!! I'd love to meet those of you who'll be coming--and those who aren't!--before I get there, so please "friend" me or send me a message...or perhaps message here, but I certainly don't want to spam this tribe with my own promotion. I'm just thrilled to be widening my tribal boundaries from the deep south to the east!
